Where do you live?

Avon, New York

What brought you to LivCo?

I was born and raised in Avon, NY, and after attending college in Rochester, I spent over 15 years in Boston. During that time, I also had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the US and beyond, which gave me a deep appreciation for the power of place and community. No matter where I went, I always knew I wanted to return to my roots in Avon. In 2016, I did just that—moving back with my husband and two children. Since then, I’ve been proud to invest my time and energy into the community that shaped me.

What do you primarily work on in the office?

After spending more than 20 years in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, I’m thrilled to bring my expertise in project management, strategic planning, and community engagement to my role as Director of Tourism. Having traveled extensively—across Europe, Australia, Africa, and throughout North America—I’ve seen how destinations tell their stories through food, culture, and hidden gems. That global perspective shapes the way I approach tourism in LivCo—showcasing the authentic experiences, local traditions, and unexpected discoveries that make our community truly unforgettable.

Favorite LivCo Spot:

One of my favorite things to do in LivCo is driving down our back roads to discover a new farm stand or running on the Erie Attica Trail. There’s something special about finding those simple, authentic experiences right here at home

Favorite LivCo Meal:

The Caledonia Village Inn is one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Their chef, Jeff, is not only a master in the kitchen but also an incredibly talented ice sculptor. I also love grabbing a pint at Rising Storm Brewery.

Favorite LivCo Event:

As the co-founder of the Avon Holiday Spectacular, I’m absolutely biased—but it’s truly one of my favorite events. Beyond that, I love seeing the sheer number of 'Hallmark'-style celebrations popping up across LivCo. I love how festivals and traditions bring people together and create lasting memories. It’s inspiring to see that spirit thriving here in our own community.

How do you invest in LivCo?

My dad and grandfather were both deeply involved in local politics, so giving back and being engaged in the community were instilled in me from a very young age. Today, I carry that forward as the current president of the Avon Chamber of Commerce, a founding member of the Avon Holiday Spectacular, and an active member of the Avon Parks Commission. I’ve seen how strong communities thrive when people actively invest their time and talents. That perspective reinforces my commitment to making LivCo a place where people feel connected, celebrated, and proud to call home
