His vision was creating BBQ with a Scandinavian twist using flavors like lingonberry in his BBQ sauce and turmeric using modern kitchen techniques combined with specially curated drink selections to deliver a unique pairing menu. As the only tipless restaurant in Livingston County, the Normal is changing the way locals and visitors dine.
